Ms. Brenda Clinton Dunlap, 65, of Monroe, retired Sales Rep, died Sunday. Private memorial service at a later date under the direction of Griffin Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.
I was so sorry to hear that Brenda has left us. Although it's been many years since I have seen her, I still remember fun times at her house after school when we were students at Central Elementary. When her family moved to Ragin Lane, we were still friends and visited with each other even though she was a student at Sullivan Jr. High! A trip to her house seemed like a trip to another town, it seemed so far away! May she rest in peace and may those she loved find comfort in this time.
I last saw Brenda at the last reunion I attended. What a treat it was to see her again! I have so many memories (all good, of course) of our days together in high school and several years after graduation. We were "besties" for years. I think of her often and am deeply saddened by the news of her passing. Where has the time gone? Rest in peace, my friend, and know that you are loved!
