John L. Faris Jr. N. MYRTLE BEACH - John L. Faris Jr., 65, died Monday, December 29, 2014, at SECU Brunswick Care Center. Born on July 14, 1949, in York County, S.C., he was the son of Margie Anthony Faris and the late John L. Faris Sr. Other than his mother, Mr. Faris is survived by his wife of 45 years, Deborah Watson Faris; son, John L. Faris III (Leah); daughters, Emma Faris Zhang (Clarence), Sarah Ann Cole (Jeff); brothers, William Lee Faris and Rhea A. Faris and nine grandchildren.
