Charles Larry Russ COLUMBIA - Funeral service for Charles Larry Russ, 63, will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at Dunbar Funeral Home, Devine Street Chapel, with burial at a later date. The family will receive friends 6 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, March 25, 2013 at the funeral home. Mr. Russ died Friday, March 22, 2013. Born in Wilmington, N.C., he was a son of Barbara Bordeaux Russ of Lancaster and the late Charles A. Russ of Rock Hill. After graduating from Rock Hill High School, he enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. He was stationed in Utapao, Thailand at the Udorn Air Force Base. Surviving are his wife of 38 years, Claudia Rhodes Russ; his daughter, Carolyn L'Artigue Russ and her fiance', Andrew Briggs of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.; brother, George E. Russ of Rock Hill; sister, Barbara Russ Kennington.
