Vicki Jean Collins Nunn, 70, passed away on Monday, January 14, 2019 in Fort Mill, SC. 

Memorial services for Mrs. Nunn will be Friday, January 18, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Rogers Memorial ARP Church, 1820 Eden Terrace, Rock Hill, SC 29730 with Reverend Bill Fleming officiating. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

Mrs. Nunn was born January 4, 1949 at Saint Frances Hospital in Rock Hill, SC to the late Samuel Howard Collins and the late Gladys Ellis Collins Perry. She was a member of Rogers Memorial ARP Church. She graduated from CPCC as a registered nurse in 1975. Following graduation, she went to work for Charlotte Memorial Hospital in the ICU department, then York General Hospital in the ICU, Emergency Room and other various areas from 1978 to 1983. When the new Piedmont Medical Center opened in Rock Hill, she transferred to the Piedmont ICU Department. She also worked for the American Red Cross, and was the Director of Nurses for Meadow Haven Nursing Home in Rock Hill. Mrs. Nunn was also a Home Health Nurse in the York County area. She loved to sew, cook, and read her Bible. She loved her family and above all she loved the Lord. She never met a stranger. She was fond of saying was you never know what someone is going through and how a kind word might affect someone. 

Mrs. Nunn is survived by her husband, Perry S. Nunn; her son, Steve Nunn of Rock Hill and Jason Nunn and his wife Austin Nunn of Tega Cay; her grandson, Delcan Nunn of Tega Cay; nephews James D Collins and Daniel Collins; great-nephews Daniel Collins and Travis Collins; great-niece Neveah Collins. She was preceded in death by her stepfather, Fred Allen Perry and her brother, James DH Collins.
