Rock Hill, SC – Ms. Vicky Jean Leazer, 76, a resident of Rock Hill Post Acute Care, passed away on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at Piedmont Medical Center.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 am-10:50 am on Monday, January 12, 2026 at Greene Funeral Home Northwest Chapel, 2133 Ebenezer Road, Rock Hill, SC. The service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, January 12, 2026 at the funeral home with Deacon Samuel M. Simpson, Jr. officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park – Hollis Lakes Road, 401 Hollis Lakes Road, Rock Hill, SC.

Vicky was born on June 25, 1949 at York County Hospital in Rock Hill, SC to the late Robert Edward Leazer and the late Gladys Sawyer Leazer. She was a 1967 graduate of Rock Hill High School and attended Spartanburg Junior College in Spartanburg, SC. Vicky retired from Sonitrol as a Monitor Tech.

Surviving are her loving sisters, Brenda Chandler of Tega Cay, SC and Beverly  Burgess (Bobby) of Fort Mill, SC; her nephews, Doug Berkland of Ohio and Robert Eric Burgess (Melissa) of Fort Mill; and her nieces, Heather Todd of Fort Mill and Robin Burgess Hunter (Michael) of Virginia.

Vicky enriched the lives of many and will be missed by all who knew her. She carried a light within her that will be missed by the facility that took great care of her. She especially enjoyed the activities at Rock Hill Post Acute Care.

The family would like to extend appreciation to the staff at Piedmont Medical Center for the excellent care she received and for the staff at Rock Hill Post Acute Care for the love and care, especially Sammy and Marshall.
