In Memory

Ronald McCormick

 Barbara,
We thank you for all your efforts in tracking down info on Ronnie.  All accounts here confirm that he was buried at Lauralwood in an new section that had been opened not long before.  You may be able to get some info from Green Funeral Home if they are still in operation.  The date he died was June 16 1969.  He was later moved to the Floral Garden Park Cemetery in High Point N.C.  Not sure of the date, around 1975 I think.

I have attached a picture of Ronnie taken the week before he died that you may want to post along with his other information.

Again thanks for all you are doing.

Maxey (Max) McCormick

Ronnie was the typical class clown.  I can remember him cracking up our entire history class on a regular basis.  He would take the window "Pole" (yeah, that long one we used to open those tall windows) stand up in the seat of his desk with that long stick in the air and recite Shakespear.  That is until the teacher either busted him or just lost it and told him to sit down.

Ronnie was a crazy, fun guy.  He was my neighbor when we were growing up.  He was so much fun.  He also was my neighbor at the time of his death.  It was such a shock when we heard he had the bad wreck and died.  He is surely missed.
