I remember being hall monitor (what a reward and  responsibility) with Charles.  He was a good guy.

Chinky and I grew up together on Colonial Drive and he was my best friend in high school, well almost. He just had the heart   condition his dad had. But he lived the life less traveled and enjoyed it up to the end. Rest in peace my good and loyal friend. WE had some great times with " the street light gang".
