Terrell Ann Tuthill passed away surrounded by her loving family on Monday, September 14, 2015. She was born to the late Carl and Barbara Williams in Knoxville, Tennessee on October 28, 1949. Terrell is survived by her sons, Brian Tuthill, Patrick Tuthill and Casey (Kelly) Tuthill. She spent her career as a talented interior designer. Terrell was deeply loved and will be missed by all who knew her.
